We use WP Statistics to count page visits — this tool runs entirely on our own server, anonymizes all data, and does not store personal information or set cookies. All fonts are served directly from our own server with no external font CDNs. Third-party tools embedded on certain pages (such as our booking calendar and availability display) may collect usage data under their own privacy policies. How we use your data

Information you submit is used for the following purposes only:

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange sitting assignments
• To coordinate and manage your sit
• To publish your review on our website, if you have given consent to do so
• To follow up after a sit if relevant

How long we keep it

We retain different types of data for different periods:

• Inquiry and contact form submissions — up to 2 years following our last correspondence
• Sitting agreements and records — up to 7 years for legal and insurance purposes
• Published reviews — retained indefinitely unless you request removal
• Photographs — retained for as long as they remain published, or until you request removal

You may request deletion of any personal data at any time by contacting us. Published reviews and sitting records may be subject to minimum retention periods for legal reasons.

Reviews and location data

Reviews submitted through our website may be published including first name and general location (city and state) as provided by the reviewer. No street addresses or contact details are published. Reviewers who wish to remain anonymous or have their review removed may contact us at any time.

When submitting a review you will be asked whether you consent to publication. If you select yes, your first name and location will be shown exactly as submitted.

Photography and media

We may share photographs of animals and properties cared for during assignments on our website and social media for portfolio purposes. No personally identifying information — including names, addresses, personal photographs, or details that could identify the Client or property — is shared publicly.

Clients who prefer their animals or property not be featured may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes. Third-party service providers we use (such as Cal.com and our email provider) receive only what is needed to deliver their service — see Third Party Services below.
